XCS Finds Device Through USB But Shows as Unknown

Issue Description

When you use XCS to operate the machine, and it finds the device through USB but shows as unknown, please follow the instructions below to troubleshoot. This is usually because the firmware is not up-to-date.

 

Update the Firmware

Refer to the guide for upgrading the firmware of the machine to the latest version

 

If None of the Above Works
