Possible problem 2: The lens on the copper cap is damaged.
Solution: Replace the lens. The maintenance pack has provided one lens. If you need more, you can contact our after-sales services to purchase them.
Possible problem 3: Dust is accumulated on the nozzle.
Solution: Clean the nozzle. It is recommended that you use an air pump.
Possible problem 4: The nozzle is blocked, causing the laser beams to be reflected and damage the lens.
Solution: If you use the machine without an air pump, it is recommended that you apply the xTool official sticker or another sticker on the air inlet of the nozzle, or the dust is attached to the lens and accumulates around the laser beam outlet more easily, causing power attenuation, and thus affecting the processing performance.
1. Clean the laser module regularly
(1) Power off the machine, and remove the laser module from it.
(2) Remove the nozzle and nozzle connector from the laser module.
(3) Clean the inner and outer frames of the light shield with tissues or dust-free cloth moistened with alcohol.
