  1. Take out the rubber covered rotary shaft from the box and prepare M3 hexagonal screwdriver, M3 Phillips screwdriver, and find 1.5mm Allen wrench from inside the material package of D1
  1. Use the M3 Phillips screwdriver to remove the six M3*12_cross round head screws in turn, as shown.

  1. Use an M3 hexagonal screwdriver to remove the M3*8 cylindrical head hexagonal screw that fixes the rotation axis at the bottom, adjust the rotation axis near the 42 motor from 3 to 1 gear, and remove
  1. Set the rotary shaft near the 42 motor from 3 to 1 gear (as shown below) and pull out the rotary shaft.

  1. Remove the left shield, find the timing wheel, and use HEX Allen wrench 1.5mm. Take out the two screws of the timing wheel.
  1. Use M3 hexagonal wrench to remove the two M3*8 cylindrical head hexagonal screws that fix the 42 motors, remove the 42 motor, and put the timing belt on one side.
  1. Take out the synchronous wheel and black pad on the rotary shaft in turn and place them aside
  1. Find the old rotary shaft, take out the two screws of the timing wheel with a small hex wrench, and take out the black pads of the timing wheel in turn and put them aside.
  1. Remove the new rubber-covered rotary shaft and place the black Pads into the longer metal shaft end.
  1. Timing wheel screw position aligned with rotary shaft notch surface
  1. Using a small hexagonal wrench, take out two screws to fix the synchronous wheel on the rotary shaft

Attention:

  1. Make sure that the right side of the rotary shaft and the timing wheel is flush with each other.
  2. Align the screws with the notched surface of the rotary shaft and fix them.
  3. When fixing the screws, pinch the rotary shaft and timing wheel with your hand to prevent misalignment.
  1. Install the 42 motor diagonally into the timing belt and align the screw holes, and fix it with a small hexagonal wrench
  1. Remove the shield, install the shield and fix it with 3 M3*12_cross round head screws
  1. Find the second rubber-clad rotary shaft, and put the bearings in the direction shown in the diagram
Attention: Do not put the bearings in the opposite direction
  1. Make sure that the right side of the rotary shaft and the timing wheel is flush with each other.
  2. Align the screws with the notched surface of the rotary shaft and fix them.
  3. When fixing the screws, pinch the rotary shaft and timing wheel with your hand to prevent misalignment.
  1. Install the treated over-molded rotary shaft into the timing belt from the 1st gear position and slide it to the 3rd gear position
Attention:Make sure the synchronous pulley has loaded synchronous belt and can drive the other pulley to rotate
  1. Find the right part of the illustration to align the rotary shaft into
  1. Use three M3 * 8 cylindrical head hexagon socket screws to fix the parts show
  1. Find the part shown in the picture to install the new rotary shaft, insert the 3 gears, and fix it with M3*8 cylindrical head hexagonal screws
  1. Check whether the upper and lower bearings are installed backward. If the bearings are installed correctly and the drum can rotate normally. If there is no problem, the installation is complete.
