To prevent damage during shipping, the cable accessories for the new batch of desktop smoke purifiers have been stored inside the exhaust pipe. Please first remove the entire exhaust pipe from the packaging box and check whether there are any cable accessories inside.

If you confirm that there are no cable accessories inside the exhaust pipe, please take photos of the inside of the exhaust pipe and the packaging box. Then submit a support ticket. We will assist you with the issue.
