Issue description

F2 Ultra UV leaves no engraving marks or only faint marks on non-glass materials, such as wood.

Possible causes

• Reduced UV laser power
• Incorrect parameter settings
• Incorrect red and blue light spot focusing

Troubleshooting

Step 1

Restart your F2 Ultra UV. Make sure that the red and blue light spots overlap on the material surface before processing.

Step 2

If the issue persists, engrave on basswood (preferably the provided 3 mm basswood) using this design file, and send us a complete video of the engraving process.
