Issue description

The xTool software prompted an error message with the error code M9039 S1, or the fault indicator on AP2 kept blinking red, as shown in the following figures.

Potential causes

The filter door is not properly installed.

Troubleshooting procedure

Reinstall the filter door, with the handle in the upper right corner, and ensure that it is installed securely.

If the problem persists, find the SN of the device and contact xTool technical support for help.
