Read and get familiar with all safety precautions and procedures before using the device. Strictly follow all safety precautions. Ensure that the device is properly assembled and is working properly.

1. Chemical safety

Follow the safety precautions:

■ Before processing, evaluate whether the material will release substances harmful to human health, air purifiers, the environment, or the equipment itself. Never process any unknown materials.

■ Please note that users are responsible for taking appropriate protective measures based on the material being processed (including but not limited to ventilation, purification, and wearing personal protective equipment). Users must also ensure compliance with local laws and regulations regarding limits on fumes and gas emissions.

■ Exercise caution when selecting and using materials suitable for vacuum forming. Some materials may release toxic or harmful gases or generate irritating fumes during heating, softening, or forming, posing safety risks. Particular attention should be paid to avoiding or strictly controlling the use of materials containing chlorine (such as PVC), benzene compounds, amine compounds, fluorides, phenols, or aldehydes. Do not perform heating processes without proper evaluation and adequate protective measures. Ensure that the working environment is well ventilated, that appropriate air purification systems are in place, and that suitable personal protective equipment (PPE) is worn.

■ During processing, if you smell strong pungent odors or experience symptoms such as respiratory irritation, dizziness, or suffocation, immediately stop the operation and evacuate to a well-ventilated safe area. Do not return to the workplace until the harmful gases have fully dissipated and your physical discomforts are gone.

2. Electrical safety

Follow the safety precautions:

■ Make sure that the power cable complies with local safety standards.

■ Make sure that your product connects to a properly grounded power outlet.

■ Place the power cable properly to avoid abrasions, pinching, fraying, twisting, or kinking. Do not place objects on it and do not allow it to be stepped on or run over.

■ Use only the power cable that comes with the product. Using the power cable of another equipment may cause fires or electrical shock.

■ Beware of the power cable getting tangled, dangling, or being pressed under the heating plate.

■ Do not open any access panel on the product when the product is connected to the power supply. Accidental contact with the power supply may cause injury.

■ Do not touch any electronic area with your hands or other tools when the product is connected to a power supply.

■ Do not leave this product unattended when it is working. If you have to be away, turn it off and unplug the power cable to prevent accidents.

■ Cut off the power after using and before maintaining this product.

■ If the product is left unused for a long period, unplug the power cable from the power outlet.

3. Operation safety

Follow the operating principles:

■ Keep the device away from inflammable and explosive materials because the high temperature may cause fire.

■ Do not leave the product unattended when it is working. Pay close attention to whether it is working properly.

■ Do not insert foreign objects into the slots of the device.

■ Do not spill liquids on the product or use it with wet hands.

■ Ensure that the workspace is open and well-ventilated.

■ After pressing the Start/Stop button, the device will activate immediately. Ensure your hands and all other body parts are completely clear of the operating area.

■ In case of misoperation or emergency, press the Start/Stop button immediately to stop the downward movement and raise the heating plate.

■ Do not put your hands inside the device when it is working.

■ Do not move or adjust the device when it is working.

■ Moving mechanical parts during operation may create pinch hazards. Do not attempt to interfere with the device during operation, as this may result in serious personal injury.

■ This product is a heating device. Allow it to cool completely after use before touching, inspecting, or storing it to avoid burns.

■ When you use this product, the heating plate operates at high temperatures. Do not touch, or you may get burned.

■ When pushing or pulling the base, keep your hands at a safe distance from the heating plate to avoid burns.

■ Do not touch the outer shell when the device is working. The device produces high temperatures during operation, which may cause burns.

■ After processing, the heating plate and materials may remain hot. Allow them to cool completely before touching.

■ Do not disassemble the machine or change its structure in any way without authorization. Do not modify or decompile its operating system.

■ Children shall not play with the device. Keep the device and its cord out of reach of children. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children.

■ This device is not intended for use by children, or by persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lacking experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the safe use of the device by a person responsible for their safety.

■ Do not operate the device directly against a wall or other objects.

4. Use and maintenance

Follow the operating principles:

■ Use this product indoors only. ■ Do not place or store the product outdoors. Do not place it in environments that are dirty, dusty, with water or heat sources, with high temperatures or humidity, or in a place prone to vibration and shaking. ■ Place and use the product on a stable, flat, and non-flammable surface. Keep the workspace clean and neat. ■ Keep the inside of the machine clean. ■ Check the product for damage every time before you use it. Do not operate it in any way when any damage or defect is found. ■ Do not store the product in an environment with sudden changes in temperature and humidity. Do not expose the product to direct sunlight, hard light or heat sources. ■ The device works properly at the temperature of -10℃ to 35℃ and can be stored properly at the temperature of -20℃ to 60℃ . The device works properly at the relative humidity of 30% to 80%. Do not operate it at a temperature lower than 0℃.

■ This product is not user-serviceable. It must be returned to the manufacturer or repaired by authorized professionals.

■ If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.

■ Do not disassemble the product or change its structure in any way.

■ Disconnect the power supply and wait for the heating plate to cool down before maintaining this product.

5. Safety with the Heat Press Module

■ The device generates significant downward pressure during operation. Never place hands, fingers, or any part of the body between the heating plate and the base while the heating plate is moving.

6. Safety with the Craft Oven Module

■ When the device bakes the hot melt powder and the ink, toxic and harmful fumes may be produced. Ensure that the workspace is well-ventilated. Do not process in a closed or unventilated environment.

■ Replace the filter according to the instructions and actual usage conditions to ensure proper operation of the baking module.

■ If you experience respiratory discomfort, dizziness, or any abnormal symptoms during processing, immediately stop all operations and move to get fresh air. Do not resume processing until the fumes are completely gone and conditions are safe.

■ Minors, pregnant individuals, and those with respiratory conditions must avoid entering the processing area or operating the device.

■ It is recommended that all personnel in the workplace wear proper protective masks.

■ Leave sufficient space around the device for heat dissipation and ventilation so that exhaust vapors can dissipate quickly for better performance.

7. Safety with the 3D Form Module

■ Heated materials can reach very high temperatures. Do not touch them until they have cooled completely. ■ Heating plastic materials may produce odors or fumes. Always operate the device in a well-ventilated environment. ■ Never use any body part or living object as a forming template. ■ Do not block the ventilation openings of the device.

8. Safety with the Dual Station

■ Place the dual station on a level, sturdy work surface capable of supporting the combined weight of the WonderPress and the station to prevent instability during movement.

■ Ensure the movement path of the station is clear of debris or obstacles, which may cause jamming or tipping.

■ This device contains strong magnets. Persons wearing pacemakers or other implanted medical devices should maintain a minimum distance of 15 cm to avoid magnetic interference.

■ Keep magnetic cards, credit cards, mechanical watches, and magnet-sensitive electronic devices (such as hard drives) away from the dual station base to prevent data loss or malfunction.

■ Never place hands, fingers, or any body part between the moving rails or base supports while the station is moving or being switched.

■ Do not place flammable materials (such as paper, fabric, or plastic) on the dual station while the it is working.

■ After processing, the metal base and materials may remain hot. Allow them to cool to room temperature before touching or removing.

■ Keep the sliding rails clean and dry. Dust or debris may increase friction, affect smooth movement, and shorten component life.

■ Regularly check the magnetic attachment areas for metal debris that could affect positioning accuracy or scratch surfaces.

9. Safety with the Laser Positioning Pen

Lasers are categorized into several different classes depending on the extent of the potential hazard associated with the laser, with Class 1 being the least dangerous and Class 4 the most dangerous. The United States Food and Drug Administration has indicated that Class 4 lasers may pose an "immediate skin hazard and eye hazard from exposure to either the direct or reflected beam; may also present a fire hazard." The product is classified as a Class 1 laser device. Generally, human access to laser radiation does not exceed Class 1. The reference standards for laser safety are the American National Standard for Safe Use of Lasers (Z136.1-2022), International Electrotechnical Commission Standard (IEC 60825-1:2014), and European Standards (EN 60825-1:2014/A11:2021).

Follow the safety precautions:

■ Do not operate the product when any part of it is removed. Removing any part may expose the laser system and cause damage to the product. ■ Never stare directly into the laser aperture or point the laser at eyes. Laser radiation may cause permanent retinal damage. ■ Do not direct the laser toward other people (especially their eyes) or toward moving vehicles or aircraft, as this may cause serious safety hazards. ■ Avoid directing the laser beam at mirrors, glass, or smooth metal surfaces, as reflected beams can also be hazardous. ■ Do not disassemble, puncture, strike, or modify the battery. ■ Do not dispose of batteries in fire or expose them to high temperatures (such as inside a car under direct sunlight). Do not heat batteries, as this may cause explosions or severe chemical fires. ■ Remove depleted batteries from the device promptly. If the battery becomes swollen, deformed, emits an unusual odor, or leaks, discontinue use immediately. ■ Do not mix new and used batteries, or batteries of different brands, capacities, or types. ■ Ensure correct polarity when installing batteries. ■ Avoid direct contact between the battery terminals and metal objects such as keys, coins, or necklaces. ■ Remove the battery if the device will not be used for an extended period to prevent leakage damage. ■ Do not dispose of used batteries as household waste. ■ Dispose of batteries in accordance with local regulations through designated recycling facilities. ■ This device is not a toy. Keep it out of reach of children. ■ If a battery is swallowed, seek medical attention immediately. ■ Never point a laser pointer at anyone and never look directly into the light. ■ Looking directly into a laser beam for longer than a minute can cause irreparable damage to your eye, and looking into it for only a second can cause flash blindness. ■ Never aim a laser pointer at a reflective surface, such as a mirror. The surface can reflect the light beam back and into your eye. ■ Never allow children to play with a laser pointer unless they're under close adult supervision. ■ Never aim a laser pointer through optical equipment, such as binoculars or telescopes. Lenses can refract or intensify the light.
