Blue-Light Laser Engraving Failure During UV and Blue-Light Laser Calibration

Issue description

During UV and blue-light laser calibration, the pattern engraved by the blue-light laser does not appear.

Note: Under normal circumstances, the square is engraved by the blue-light laser, and the circle is engraved by the UV laser.

Possible causes

  • The calibration card (incorrect) was used instead of the test card (correct) for UV and blue-light laser calibration.

Note: Use the test card for UV and blue-light laser calibration.

Test card (both sides are blank)

DO NOT use the calibration card for UV and blue-light laser calibration.

Calibration card (one side blank, the other side with black dots)

  • The blue-light laser may have been damaged.

Troubleshooting

Restart the device, and use the test card to perform UV and blue-light laser calibration again to see if it returns to normal.
