Please read this manual carefully before use and keep it safe for future reference. Strictly adhere to the safety instructions during operation to prevent fire, electric shock, personal injury, and other accidents.
Work environment requirements
- Use the device indoors only: Ensure that the ambient temperature does not exceed 35°C and humidity does not exceed 65%. Harsh working conditions will accelerate product aging and shorten its lifespan.
- Place the device in a safe space: Avoid operating it in damp, dark, or dusty areas, or near flammable or explosive liquids and gases.
- Keep the workplace clean: A cluttered environment can easily lead to accidents. Make sure the work place is clean and organized.
- Keep unauthorized personnel and children away: To prevent electric shock or other injuries, ensure that children and non-operators stay clear of the Air Dryer.
- Avoid impacts: Place it on a stable, level surface during use. Avoid severe impacts or collisions.
Electricity safety
- Always use the original power cable: Using non-original power cables may result in improper voltage or current, which could reduce performance, damage the device, or pose a safety hazard.
- Protect the power cable: Do not pull the cable to unplug it. Keep the cable away from heat sources, oil, and sharp objects to avoid damage.
- Ensure proper power supply voltage: The power supply voltage must match the voltage (US 110 V, EU 220 V) required by the device. Exceeding the rated voltage may cause accidents or damage to the device, while insufficient voltage may result in poor startup performance.
- Beware of electric shock: Avoid touching grounded objects (e.g., pipes, radiators, refrigerators) while operating the device.
- Ensure that the device is properly grounded. If the circuit you are connecting to is not grounded, please use the earth cable to connect the device to the ground.
- No electrified disassembly: Do not open any panel on the device when it is connected to the power supply.
- Disconnect power when the device is not used: Always turn off the power when the device is not in use or before moving or maintaining it.
Device safety
- Use with an air compressor: Before turning on the air compressor, you must turn on the air dryer first.
- Ensure proper inlet pressure: The air pressure at the air inlet shall not exceed 1.25 MPa.
- No foreign objects in the running fan: When the fan is rotating, do not put your hands or any other objects inside it. It may cause personal injury and damage the device.
- Do not disassemble or move the device while the tube is transferring compressed pressure.
- Never leave the device unattended during operation: Always monitor the device closely to see if it functions properly.
- Waste water discharge: When using this product, connect a water hose to its drain outlet to discharge sewage and avoid sewage splashing onto the power cable and plug.
- Transport and store the device under proper conditions: ambient temperature 0°C–45°C, relative humidity ≤85%, and atmospheric pressure 100 kPa–106 kPa.
- Store the device properly when it is not used: When the device is not in use, store it in a dry, safe environment.
- Do not disassemble or modify the device in any way: Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the manufacturer could invalidate the warranty of the device.
- Do not repair the device yourself as this may cause damage to the device or void the warranty.
