2. Precautions

2.1 High Surface Temperature After Laser Engraving

Laser engraving on metal generates heat accumulation within the metal. After the engraving process stops, the metal's temperature will be higher than the human body's sensory temperature.


2.2 Heat Dissipation Time

After metal processing, the heat will gradually dissipate. The longer the processing time, the higher the internal temperature of the metal. Therefore, after extended metal processing, the cooling time for the internal temperature will also be longer. Do not immediately handle the material with your hands after metal laser processing to avoid burns.


2.3 Overheating Issues with Metal

During the laser processing of metal, it is continuously affected by heat. Prolonged high temperatures may cause the metal to warp or deform. Temperature changes will also alter the color of the engraved area on the metal surface. The engraved areas will change color as heat accumulates.
