You can find the current xTool Studio software version information following the steps below.
1. In the the top-left corner, click the "X" icon, and then click Settings.

2. In xTool Studio Settings, click About xTool Studio, and you can find your current software version.

To obtain the debug record, follow these steps:
1. In the the top-left corner, click the "X" icon, and then click Settings.
2. In xTool Studio Settings, click File Setting, select debug in Log level, and click Open.

3. You will find the debug files exported to your computer storage.

Note: Please provide us with the debug files from the day before the issue occurred to the day after.
To export the XCS project file, follow these steps:
1. In the the top-left corner, click the "X" icon.
2. Navigate to the File section.
3. Click Save as to save the XCS project file.

This file includes important information, such as the processing mode and parameters you are using, which will help us better identify the cause of the issue.
