Q4: What is the difference between xTool Retail Marker and F1 Ultra?

A: xTool Retail Marker is the Instore version of F1 Ultra, designed exclusively for business users. Compared with F1 Ultra, it features a square enclosure, allowing a larger object placement area for retail engraving scenarios.

Q6: What types of lasers does xTool Retail Marker use?

A: xTool Retail Marker integrates a 20 W blue diode laser (445 ± 15 nm) and a 20 W red fiber laser (1064 ± 5 nm).

Q7: Why doesn’t xTool Retail Marker have an emergency stop button?

A: xTool Retail Marker is a Class I laser product. In case of emergency, opening the enclosure performs the same safety stop function as an emergency stop button.

Q8: Why doesn’t xTool Retail Marker include an external power adapter?

A: To better serve business users, the power adapter of xTool Retail Marker is integrated inside the machine for a cleaner and more professional setup.

Q9: Is Retail Marker compatible with F1 Ultra accessories?

A: Retail Marker supports the rotary attachment (availability subject to actual release) but does not support the conveyor belt. For smoke purification, we recommend using the SafetyPro™ AP2 Air Purifier, which features a larger filter and longer purification lifespan.

Q10: Can xTool Retail Marker be used with a conveyor belt?

A: No. xTool Retail Marker is a Class I laser product and cannot be operated with the enclosure open.

Q11: Can xTool Retail Marker be connected to a computer for standalone use?

A: No. xTool Retail Marker is designed for business users and must be operated together with the xTool Self-service Kiosk. It only supports the Customthings software.

Q12: What are the processing area and the object placement area of xTool Retail Marker?

A: The processing area is 220 × 220 mm, and the object placement area is 430 × 276 mm.

Q13: Does Customthings support manual parameter adjustment?

A: The current version does not support manual parameter adjustment. Processing parameters are preconfigured in templates, so users do not need to adjust them manually.

Q14: Can multiple self-service kiosks be bound to one device at the same time?

A: No. Currently, one self-service kiosk can be bound to multiple devices, but multiple kiosks cannot be bound to a single device.
