The software prompts "Sensor exception detected", and the error code indicates "COOL_WATER_MACHINE.ELEMENT_ABNORMAL.NOT_FOUND".

Update the firmware and software to the latest version. And then restart the device.
(1) Disconnect xTool P3 from a power supply. Remove the left plate according to the illustration below or the video.

(2) Find the connection cable as shown.
(3) Unplug and plug the connection cable, and restart the device. Observe if the device can work normally.
Note: There may be some yellow soft rubber on the connector. If the connector is plugged too tightly, you can gently pry up or scrape the rubber before plugging or unplugging.

Replace with a new water-cooling machine.
