Error Code E5 Troubleshooting Guide

Issue description

When pressing the Start button on the HP2 heat press machine, its screen displays error code E5 (see the figure below).

Possible causes

The ironing plate is not fully returned to its home position.

Troubleshooting procedure

Ensure that the ironing plate is pushed all the way back into position.
