Issue description

After starting the HP2 heat press machine, its screen displays error code E3 or E4. At the same time, the buzzer sounds an intermittent alarm (1-second beeps).

Possible causes

The error occurs when the outer NTC sensor is either open-circuited or short-circuited.

Troubleshooting procedure

Step 1: Power cycle the machine

1. Turn off the heat press.
2. Disconnect the power supply for at least 2 minutes.
3. Reconnect the power and restart the machine.

Step 2: Check the error code

If error E3 or E4 appears again, proceed to Step 3.

Step 3: Replace the machine
