1. Turn off the device and wait until the heating plate cools down completely.
2. Restart the device and gently lift or shake the heating plate from side to side.

The heating plate will reset automatically.

(Note: The heating plate automatically heats up when the device is turned on, so be careful not to get burned).

2. The heating plate does not lower down after I press the Start/Pause button. What should I do?

Check and ensure that the ironing plate has been pushed back to the innermost position.

This issue occurs when the device fails to respond properly. To resolve it, power off the device, unplug the power cable, wait for 15 seconds, and then restart the device.

4. The inside and outside of the heating plate do not heat evenly. What should I do?

1. Press and hold the temperature button and time button simultaneously for 5s to enter temperature correction of the inner and outer heating wire. The left side shows the inner heating wire temperature and the right side shows the outer heating wire temperature.
2. Press the increase or decrease button to adjust the temperature (±20°C) of the outer heating wire.

5. What should I do if the heat transfer film sticks on the heating plate?

If the heat transfer film gets stuck on the heating plate, quickly wipe it off with a thick cloth while the plate is still warm.
