P3 Automated Creation System™ Overview

The Automated Creation System™ of P3 refer to an intelligent operation system powered by AI technology. After the user places the material and closes the lid, the machine automatically performs distance measurement, focusing, image capturing, and other related operations.

Precautions for Using P3 Automation Features

Concentric Circle Recognition Failure

• Six concentric circles are distributed around the machine. Please ensure that no debris or residue obstructs them. Any obstruction may result in incomplete circles, which could lead to recognition failure.

Material Placement

• We recommend placing materials at the center of the workspace. Avoid positioning materials at the edges, as this may cause automated recognition to fail.
• When placing materials, make sure the upper knife strip slot remains unobstructed; otherwise, distance measurement may fail.

Automation Not Executed After Closing the Lid

• If automation does not start after closing the lid, it may be due to closing the lid too slowly. Try closing it more quickly.
• If the issue persists even after increasing the closing speed, please contact after-sales support for further assistance.

Supported Material Types

• Some transparent materials may cause distance measurement to fail during automation. Do not use transparent objects or materials with large hollow sections.
• Certain non-official materials are currently not supported, but future software updates will gradually expand compatibility.
• If specific materials are not recognized in automation mode, please switch to manual mode for processing.

Distance Measurement Failure

• The distance measurement point is automatically selected by the program. If you are using hollow objects, the measurement point may fall into a hollow section. In such cases, please manually select a valid measurement point on the host computer.
