Know before use

The lifting platform is controlled to rise and fall simultaneously by four motors. If one of the motors malfunctions or the lifting platform is obstructed by foreign objects, it may cause the platform to tilt or bend during operation.

Prolonged significant tilting or bending of the lifting platform may cause damage to structural components. If the lifting platform tilts or bends and cannot be leveled using the software, please follow this tutorial for manual leveling.

How to process when the lifting platform cannot be raised or lowered normally?

  • Follow the troubleshooting procedures below, adjust the four corners of the lifting platform sequentially to a height of approximately 64 mm above the baseplate (corresponding to the default height of 30 mm of the lifting platform after powering on).

  • When you adjust the four corners, remember to exit the auto mode, raise the material to be processed to 160 mm - 180 mm, and then place it on the lifting platform.
  • If you use the conveyor feeder, the lifting platform should be leveled to the default height in Conveyor Feeder mode.

Applicable scenarios

The lifting platform is tilted or bent by the faulty device or foreign objects clogging, and it needs manual adjustment.

Tools required

  1. Remove two covers of the threaded rod on the right

  1. Use a slot-type screwdriver to tighten the threaded rod.

Tighten the threaded rod clockwise to control the lifting platform rising, and loosen the threaded rod anticlockwise to control the lifting platform lowering. According to the tilting angle of the lifting platform, tighten the four threaded rods sequentially until the lifting platform is level.

6. Put the four covers of the threaded rod back in their places.
