1. Why does the product I received have cosmetic defects such as pits and an uneven surface?

All beams are hand-welded, sanded, and powder-coated by workers. Minor scuffs, spots, or small pits are unavoidable at corners and weld seams. However, they will not affect the functionality or stability of the mobile work stand, so you can use it with confidence. Thank you for your understanding.

2. What should I do if the plug-in slots are too tight to fit together?

Due to hand welding, the slot positions may not be perfectly aligned. If they are hard to seat, gently tap them into place using a rubber mallet.

3. Can I place other machines on the mobile work stand?

The mobile work stand is custom-sized for xTool P3. Other machines can also be placed on and used with it, but the dimensions may not be an exact fit.

4. What is the maximum load capacity of the mobile work stand?

200 kg.

5. What are the dimensions of the mobile work stand’s tabletop?

1250 mm × 700 mm × 715 mm

6. How large is the space in the middle of the mobile work stand?

610 mm × 700 mm

7. Do the caster wheels of the mobile work stand have a locking function?

Yes, the caster wheels have a locking function to prevent the mobile work stand from moving.

8. Why is the middle of the mobile work stand empty?

When xTool P3 is working, its water cooling unit and baseplate at the bottom generate or accumulate a significant amount of heat. The hollow design of the mobile work stand helps with heat dissipation and facilitates transportation.
