After powering on, the lifting platform malfunctions. Upon connecting to the software, an error code indicates "Gantry homing exception——GO_HOME.FAILED.V_AXIS". The V-axis refers to the axis of the lifting platform.
There are primarily two types of abnormal conditions for the lifting platform. You may perform the corresponding troubleshooting steps based on the actual condition.

Issue 1 is the most likely to occur in the V-axis homing failure exception.
Whenever the device is powered on, the lifting platform rises slowly for a short distance until it reaches the very top and then emits an impact noise.

The lifting platform is stuck by the foreign objects and cannot descend to the bottom normally to complete the reset, resulting in continuous descent and shaking of the lifting platform.

Update the firmware and software to the latest version.
(1) Follow the steps below, power off the device, and remove the left plate by removing the screws.

(2) Cut the cable ties that are close to the connector (if there are any), plug and replug the connector of the connection cable, and power on the device.

If it is damaged, replace the 4-in-1 connection cable.
(1) Power off xTool P3.
(2) Follow the tutorial to lift the lifting platform manually.
(3) Check whether there are any foreign objects under the lifting platform, causing it to get stuck.
If yes, remove the foreign objects.
