2.1 Create a Parameter Matrix Centered on the Recommended Settings

CO₂ laser machines typically operate with relatively high power output. Before processing with the recommended parameters, it is advisable to run a preliminary test on the Polyester Screen using a parameter range matrix. This allows you to identify the optimal parameter values that best match your machine’s actual output power. By doing so, you can ensure the engraving parameters are appropriate and achieve accurate processing results.

For the parameter matrix setup, use the recommended parameters as the center point. Adjust the power up and down in 3% intervals, and adjust the speed up and down in 20 mm/s intervals. After completing the matrix test, you can determine the optimal processing parameters for your CO₂ laser equipment.
