1.The engraved screen can be used for repeated printing.

1.1 After printing with one color of ink, the specialized Screen Printing Ink Remover can be applied to the screen to wet and soak the residual ink. Then, rinse the softened ink with tap water. Once the stains and watermarks are dried, the engraved pattern area on the screen can be used again for printing with another color of ink. After completing each color printing, the screen must be cleaned to prevent mixing of different inks, which could contaminate the clean ink in the bottle.

2. The screen cannot be reused for laser engraving by scraping off the surface coating and reapplying a new coating after the pattern engraving is completed.

2.1 The thickness of the newly applied screen surface coating is different from the original coating, so the existing recommended parameters cannot be used for laser engraving.

2.2 The material of the newly applied surface coating may differ from the original material, and it may not be suitable for laser engraving using the existing recommended parameters.
