1. Common Issues

1.1 When Foil Transfer Paper is applied to materials such as plywood, wrinkles and bubbles may occur.

1.2 When multiple sheets of Foil Transfer Paper need to be joined together, gaps and wrinkles are likely to appear.

2. Solutions

2.1 Use Masking Tape to secure the edges of the Foil Transfer Paper.

When applying Foil Transfer Paper to plywood or similar materials, use Masking Tape to tape down all four edges. Ensure that the Foil Transfer Paper is tightly attached to the material surface to prevent bubbles, which can cause incomplete transfer after processing.

2.2 Follow a sequence when joining multiple sheets of Foil Transfer Paper.

If multiple sheets are required, fix three edges of the first sheet with Masking Tape at the intended position, leaving one edge untaped. Then, align and overlap the untaped edge slightly with the second sheet, ensuring there are no gaps. Avoid leaving spaces during alignment, as gaps may cause incomplete patterns after laser engraving.
