This guide includes:

• How to export device logs from xTool Creative Space (XCS);
• How to locate your product’s serial number (SN); and
• An overview of key OS1 machine functions.

Device log export

When contacting technical support, you may be asked to provide device logs. Exporting logs is essential for technical support to analyze system performance and detect failures. Follow these steps to export log files:

1. Connect your device to xTool Creative Space (XCS) software
2. In XCS, click the "Device settings" icon (the gear symbol) located in the top-right corner of the interface.
   
3. Navigate to log export:
4. 1. In the "Device settings" panel, select the "Basic info" tab, where you can scroll down until you see "Export log".
      
   2. Click "Export".
      
4. Send log files:
5. 1. A folder containing the log files will be saved to your computer.
   2. Please compress this entire folder into a single .zip file before sending it to xTool Customer Service.
      

Product SN location

The product Serial Number (SN) is a unique identifier for your machine and is required for support and warranty claims. It is typically located on a label in the upper left corner of the rear panel, as shown in the reference image.

To locate your serial number:

1. Locate the rear panel of the machine.
2. Look for the label in the upper left corner.
