In wire-filled laser welding, the weld bead goes off track.
Please follow these steps in order.
(1) Check if the tip of the welding wire bends. If it bends, feed the bending part forward and cut it with pliers.
(2) Reinstall the wire feeding tube on the welding head. Ensure that the wire feeding nozzle is centered and that the wire comes out from the groove of the welding nozzle.
(1) Before welding, secure the workpiece with a fixture.
(2) When it is safe to do so, hold the workpiece stable with the other hand.
Caution: For your safety, ensure that the laser beams are not pointing towards your hand.
(3) If the welding seam is long, pause briefly after every small section to realign the welding nozzle with the desired welding path.
