Issue description
When you finish welding, the welding wire sticks to the workpiece, hard to remove.

Possible causes
The weld pool solidifies faster than the wire retraction, causing the wire tip to be "locked" by the solidified metal.
Troubleshooting procedure
Please follow these steps in order.
STEP 1: Apply welding skills
(1) During welding, do not press the welding head downward.
(2) When you finish welding, immediately release the trigger and the grip sensing button. Horizontally pull the welding head along the weld seam for 5 mm – 10 mm. Then, lift the welding head.
STEP 2: Adjust welding parameters
(1) On the touchscreen, tap Advanced mode. Increase Laser shutdown delay and test again. Fine-tune this parameter through testing.

(2) In Advanced mode, increase Retraction length to a value larger than Re-feeding length.
