Issue Description

Error Code 'Qx05 0': Purifier Wind Pressure Too Small

 

#1 Check the Firmware Version

  1. Connect the machine to the software.
  2. The computer should be connected to the Internet.
  3. Check if the firmware is up-to-date as shown in the picture below.
If the issue persists after updating, please move on to the next step.

#2 Check the Purifier

  1. Make sure the smoke exhaust pipe is installed properly:
  2. The pipe from the machine is connected to the upper inlet of the air purifier.
  3. The pipe is intact and not bent or obstructed.
If the issue persists, please move on to the next step.

#3 Check the Filter Cartridge

Take the cartridge out of the purifier. Start processing again and see if there is a pop-up notification with this error code.
  • If it disappears, the cartridge may be clogged and needs to be replaced.
  • If it persists, please move on to the next step.

Disable the Purifier Check. Connect the machine, disable the 'Purifier check' function in the XCS setting, and start a processing task.

  • If the error code disappears, maybe the motor of the purifier is faulty. Please replace the purifier or its motor.
If the issue still persists, maybe the Y1 board or the motherboard is faulty. Please read the article in the link below, collect the troubleshooting steps you have taken, and contact xTool tech support for further advice.
