About this video tutorial
This video tutorial aims to provide step-by-step instructions on replacing the high-speed printed circuit board (PCB) for xTool Apparel Printer.
The procedure outlined in this section should be performed ONLY when the high-speed PCB has been diagnosed as malfunctioning by xTool technical experts and thereupon requires replacement.
⚠️ Important notes
When performing the replacement, please:
Handle with Care: When removing the right cover, avoid excessive force as it is connected to the LCD panel via a cable.
Safety First: Ensure the power cord is unplugged before performing any disassembly or assembly tasks.
Alignment Precision: During the disassembly process, the film holder must be removed. When reinstalling the film holder and film roll, ensure the film aligns precisely with the white marking line. The film should neither overlap the line nor be placed too far away from it, with a maximum allowable gap of 1mm. Refer to the image below for visual guidance.
