If you have a brand new printer that has just been powered on for the first time, print head clogging is unlikely. Skip this deep soaking procedure and proceed directly to:
Deep soaking is used to dissolve stubborn clogs and restore print head functionality. Choose the appropriate method based on clog severity.
Method 1: Cleaning Solution Only (Short Soak)
Method 2: Cleaning Solution + Moisturizing Solution (Extended Soak)

- Verification by Print Test Sample: Use the print test sample results to accurately identify whether the blockage is occurring in the white or CMYK print head.
- Selective Print Head Cleaning: If only the white print head is clogged, remove and clean only the white print head; similarly, if only the CMYK print head is blocked, clean only that unit. This video demonstration simulates a scenario where both the white and CMYK print heads are blocked.
- Risk of Damage During Manual Cleaning: Manual cleaning of print heads carries a risk of damage. Please proceed with caution and follow the recommended procedures.
