This video tutorial provides step-by-step instructions on replacing the cutting blade inside the print head of xTool Apparel Printer.
The cutting blade has an approximate lifespan of 10,000 uses. However, you should replace the blade if you encounter the following issues:
- The blade is worn and cannot cut through the PET film
- The blade is broken

When performing the replacement, please:
- Before replacing the blade, unplug the machine from the power source.
- When removing the cutting blade, wear a pair of cut-resistant gloves to prevent injuries.
- Mind the sharp blade.
Tools required
To ensure a smooth replacement process, please prepare the following tools:
- 1.5mm hex key (included in your package)
- M4 Philips screwdriver (included in your package)
- A pair of cut-resistant gloves
- Cutting blade replacement
- Replacement cover (included in your package)
