1. Chemical safety

Follow the safety precautions:

• When the device cures the hot melt powder and the ink, toxic and harmful fumes may be produced. Ensure that the workspace is well-ventilated. Do not process in a closed or unventilated environment.
• The device must work with an air purifier or similar ventilation products. You are advised to use an xTool purifier. If your kit does not include a purifier, you can purchase one separately.
• When a purifier is used, replace its filters regularly according to the reminder to ensure proper operation.
• If you experience respiratory discomfort, dizziness, or any abnormal symptoms during processing, immediately stop all operations and move to get fresh air. Do not resume processing until the fumes are completely gone and conditions are safe.
• Minors, pregnant individuals, and those with respiratory conditions must avoid entering the processing area or operating the device.
• It is recommended that all personnel in the workplace wear proper protective masks.

2. Electrical safety

Follow the safety precautions:
• Do not open any access panel on the product when the product is connected to the power supply. Accidental contact with the power supply may cause injury.
• Do not touch any electronic area with your hands or other tools when the product is connected to a power supply.
• Use only the power cable that comes with the product. Using the power cable of another equipment may cause fires or electrical shock.
• Make sure that the power cable complies with local safety standards.
• Make sure that your product connects to a properly grounded power outlet.
• Do not disassemble, modify, or repair the power cable, plug, or components of this device.
• Place the power cable properly to avoid abrasions, pinching, fraying, twisting, or kinking. Do not place objects on it and do not allow it to be stepped on or run over.
• If the product is left unused for a long period, unplug the power cable from the power outlet.

3. Operation safety

Follow the operating principles:
• Do not leave the product unattended when it is working. Pay close attention to whether it is working properly.
• Do not disassemble the machine or change its structure in any way without authorization. Do not modify or decompile its operating system. 
• Do not place or store the product outdoors. Do not place it in environments that are dirty, dusty, with water or heat sources, with high temperatures or humidity, or in a place prone to vibration and shaking.
• Do not spill liquids on the product or use it with wet hands.
• Ensure that the product is placed on a flat and stable surface.
• Do not insert foreign objects into the slots of the device.
• Do not put your hands inside the product when the device is working.
• Do not touch the outer shell when the device is working. The device produces high temperatures during operation, which may cause burns. 
• When you open the maintenance door, the device stops processing. However, the internal temperature remains high. To avoid burns, please do not touch the inside of the device.
• Keep the device away from inflammable and explosive materials because the high temperature may cause fire.

4. Use and maintenance

Follow the operating principles:
• Check the machine for damage every time before you use it. Do not operate it in any way when any damage or defect is found.
• Ensure that the workspace is clean and flat. 
• Keep the inside of the machine clean.
• Do not store the product in an environment with sudden changes in temperature and humidity. Do not expose the product to direct sunlight, hard light or heat sources.
• The machine works properly at the temperature of 20°C to 30°C and can be stored properly at the temperature of 5°C to 35°C. The machine works properly at the relative humidity of 30% to 80%. Do not operate it at a temperature lower than 0°C.
• This product is not user-serviceable. It must be returned to the factory or repaired by authorized professionals.
• Disconnect the power supply of xTool OS1 Shaker Oven Machine before maintaining the device.
