Issue Description

After a new version of the XCS software is launched, you will receive update notifications. 

However, you might not want to upgrade. In this case, here’s how you can handle it.

Possible Cause

This situation is due to a normal software update and is not a fault.

Troubleshooting Procedure

1. Click the "Remind in three days" button.

2. If you see an upgrade prompt, this is normal because your current version of XCS is lower than the version released by the product team. We recommend using the latest version of the firmware and software.

3. If you'd like to stop receiving update prompts every time you open XCS, you can click the "Don't remind me within three days" button below.
