Maintaining a Respectful and Safe Community

To ensure a positive environment for everyone, the following types of content are strictly prohibited and may result in your post being removed and/or account suspension:
Spam
This includes content that is not relevant to the xTool Community, its products, or discussions, including but not limited to:
- Fake Profiles: Creating accounts with false information or impersonating someone else.
- Promotional Spam: Posting advertisements for products or services that are not directly related to xTool, or that are posted repeatedly and without value to the community. This includes affiliate links, discount codes for unrelated products, or self-promotional links to other platforms.
- Irrelevant Content: Posting messages that are off-topic, nonsensical, or designed to disrupt discussions without offering value.
- Automated Posting: Using bots or scripts to post or comment automatically.
- Excessive Self-Promotion: Posting primarily for the purpose of driving traffic to personal blogs, shops, or social media profiles without providing genuine engagement or value to the community.
Copyright Infringement
Posting images or files without owning the copyright is not permitted. This includes:
- Uploading photos or designs that are owned by another person or company.
- Using trademarked logos or brands without permission.
- Sharing files that are sold on other platforms without permission.
- Any other violation of intellectual property rights.
Fraud/Scams
Content that attempts to defraud or exploit others for money, property, or information is strictly forbidden. This includes:
- Asking for personal information or financial details with the intention of using it for illegal purposes.
- Promoting fraudulent investment opportunities.
- Soliciting donations under false pretenses.
- Any other attempt to deceive or mislead members of the community for personal gain.
Harmful or Illegal Content
This includes any threatening, harassing, hateful, terrorist, or other illegal content. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Making direct threats against individuals or groups.
- Posting content that promotes violence or discrimination.
- Engaging in cyberbullying or harassment.
- Posting links to illegal websites or content.
- Content related to illegal activities.
- Content that incites violence or hatred against any individual or group.
Offensive Material
Posts containing nudity, graphic violence, abusive language, or other content that may be considered offensive or inappropriate are not allowed. This includes:
- Posting images or videos that are sexually explicit or intended to cause arousal.
- Sharing content that is gratuitously violent, gruesome, or disturbing.
- Using excessive profanity, vulgar language, or hate speech.
- Posting material that is demeaning, insulting, or disrespectful towards others.
*About Sales of Goods or Services
We understand that many of you are passionate about making the most of your xTool equipment and resources, and may wish to offer your second-hand, unused, or lightly used machines, materials, or creations to other members of the community. We recognize this desire to optimize resources and promote efficiency.
However, the Community Support is not designed to facilitate secure transactions between individuals. We do notzgz provide transaction management or buyer/seller protection, and cannot ensure the security of such exchanges. Therefore, we strongly discourage users from posting sales offers of any kind on this platform. This is to protect our community members from potential fraud and disputes that may arise from unregulated transactions. We encourage you to utilize platforms that specialize in safe and secure transactions for such purposes.
About Reporting
Your participation in maintaining a respectful community is greatly appreciated. If you see a post that you believe violates these guidelines, please use the reporting feature. Here's what you should know about the reporting process:
How to Report:
- Locate the "report" button associated with the post.
- Choose the category that best describes the violation from the available options.
- If possible, provide a brief explanation of why you are reporting the post. This can help the moderators understand the issue more quickly.
What Happens When You Report:
- Your report is sent to the community administrators for review.
- We will evaluate the reported post against our community guidelines.
- Depending on the severity of the violation and any prior issues with the user, actions may include:
Post Removal: The offending content may be removed from the community.
Temporary Suspension: The user's account may be temporarily suspended from the community.
Permanent Ban: The user's account may be permanently banned from the community.
Confidentiality: All reports are reviewed confidentially. We will not disclose your identity as the reporter to the user who is the subject of the report.
Response Time: We strive to review reports as quickly as possible, but response times may vary.
False Reports: Please report responsibly. Submitting false or malicious reports is itself a violation of the community guidelines and may result in action taken against your account.
