Troubleshoot P2 "Baseplate Not Installed Properly"

Overview

When using the slat mode, the xTool software displays the error message: "The baseplate is not installed properly. Please install it in place." This error typically occurs when the baseplate is not fully inserted into the machine.
 
 

Troubleshooting Procedure

  1. Open P2's lid.
  2. Completely pull out the baseplate from the machine.
  3. Carefully reinstall the baseplate, ensuring it is fully inserted.
  4. Confirm that the magnet in the upper-left corner of the baseplate is no longer visible. This indicates the baseplate is correctly seated.
