FAQ

  1. What types of materials can be secured by the electrostatic mat for blade cutting?
The electrostatic mat is suitable for securing paper and certain types of leather during blade cutting. It is not suitable for fabrics or wood boards. The mat's ability to hold leather can vary according to the leather's surface texture.
  2. Can the electrostatic protection sheet be cleaned?
Yes, when the power is off, the electrostatic protection sheet can be cleaned by gently wiping with a damp cloth. After wiping, allow it to air-dry in a well-ventilated area. However, do not rub the sheet when you clean it.
  3. Why does the electrostatic film turn yellow or black?
After being used for a long time, the adhesive on the back of the electrostatic film may turn yellow or black. This is a normal occurrence and does not affect the use of the electrostatic mat.
