SafetyPro™ Inline Fan 2 (IF2) is designed to efficiently extract smoke, dust, and fumes produced during laser engraving, venting them outside through an exhaust duct.
💡Key features:
High-Speed Fan: It features a 14,000 revolutions per minute (RPM) high-speed fan with double-layer blades. This cutting-edge design delivers exceptional suction to ensure a fresher atmosphere, by effectively eliminating smoke and odors from your environment.
Full Enclosure: The fan seamlessly connects to the laser device’s duct at the front and expels through its exhaust pipe at the rear.
What are the benefits of an Inline Fan 2?
Enhanced Suction: Engraving basswood produces heavy fumes while acrylic processing generates strong odors. Most laser engravers’ built-in fans might not be sufficient for fume extraction. With the enhanced suction of Inline Fan 2, fumes and odors are effectively vented outdoors, ensuring a cleaner workspace.
Continuous Operation: Unlike most laser devices, where fumes remain after processing, Inline Fan 2 prolongs operation time beyond the completion of the process to eliminate lingering fumes for a cleaner workspace.
Extended Reach: Standard exhaust ducts might fall short of reaching a window or exhaust port. The Inline Fan 2 provides nearly 4 meters of ducting, offering greater flexibility for installation, no matter your setup.
Which xTool laser devices are compatible with SafetyPro™ Inline Fan 2 (IF2)?
SafetyPro™ Inline Fan 2 (IF2) is compatible with all current xTool models via two different pipe connectors:
Pipe connector 1: S1 & F1 Ultra
Pipe connector 2: M1 Ultra, M1, F1, P2 Series, D Series
Note For P2 Series & D Series, the connection is secured by a pipe clamp included in the package.
What advantages does xTool SafetyPro™ Inline Fan 2 offer over similar products?
Superior Exhaust: A 14,000 RPM fan with double-layer blades ensures greater suction and airflow.
Compact Design: The new design significantly reduces size; the thinner, foldable exhaust pipe allows for more flexible placement.
Smart Integration: Operating seamlessly with S1, F1 Ultra, M1 Ultra, and P2S, it automatically starts with the laser device and adjusts its speed based on the material being processed. After processing, the fan runs for a user-preset delay before shutting off.
Does the laser device's fan need to be disabled during the Inline Fan 2 operation?
The Inline Fan operates independently of the laser machine’s fan. However, for users who enjoy a quieter and more peaceful workspace, turning off the engraver’s fan during operation is a wise move.
What are the installation options for the Inline Fan?
Desktop Use: The compact design (only 115mm wide) allows it to fit easily on your desktop, taking up minimal space.
Wall-Mounted Installation:
Attach the wall-mounting fixture (included in the package) to a wall with four screws.
The fan slides into place on the wall-mounting fixture through a notch on its back and can be mounted horizontally or vertically.
Can the purifier be connected to the laser device without the Bluetooth Dongle?
No, the purifier requires its Bluetooth Dongle to establish a Bluetooth connection.
What cleaner is recommended for maintenance?
Kitchen grease cleaner works best for dissolving fan surface grease.
Why does xTool Creative Space only display one purifier when two are connected via Bluetooth Dongle?
Unfortunately, xTool laser machines do not support connecting multiple devices of the same type simultaneously at the current stage.
