You can get a cardboard from the material packaging box and make a puzzle with laser machines, XCS, and xTool Screen Printer. Follow the steps as illustrated below:
1. Grasp the tab of the tear strip, which has a red line below.
2. Pull the tear strip along the designated path until it reaches the end.
3. Open the cover of the box.
4. On the cardboard right below the cover, grasp one end of the tear strip and pull it along the designated path until it reaches the end.
5. Get the cardboard for puzzle making.
To screen print on the four cardboards you got from the material packaging box, prepare a laser machine, frames, screens, the software XCS, and xTool Screen Printer.
The following steps use xTool D1 Pro as an example.
1. Prepare your desired image for screen printing.
2. Open XCS and connect your device to XCS.
3. Set processing mode and material to be processed in XCS.
(1) In the toolbar, click the processing mode and select Screen preparation.
(2) In the right corner of the toolbar, click User-defined material and select 0.2 mm Coated Screen.
4. Import the target image into XCS.
(1) If your image has only one color, you can choose halftone to laser engrave one screen.

(2) If your image has more than one color, you can click CMYK splitting to laser engrave four screens.

Note: You can go to xtool.com to purchase more screens with 100 or 200 meshes.
5. After engraving your design on the screens, start screen printing on the cardboard. For details about how to screen print, see Step-by-step Guide: (3) Print Your Design.
6. Cut your cardboard with the laser machine and turn the printing into a puzzle.
You can get two cardboards from the material packaging box and make an ink stand with laser machines, XCS, and xTool Screen Printer. Follow the steps as illustrated below:
1. Open the first two layers of the packaging box following the steps illustrated in Get the cardboard out of the box for puzzle making.
2. Find the two cardboards, on which lies six rounds and a sentence saying “Use these two cardboards to make an ink stand!”
3. Grasp the tear strip tab of one cardboard, which has a red line below.
4. Pull the tear strip along the designated path until it reaches the end.
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 to get another piece of cardboard.
6. Get the two cardboards for ink stand making.
1. Fold along the two crease lines on the cardboards.
2. Compare the position and determine the attached parts.
3. Peel off the second liner of double-sided tape on the two cardboards.
4. Attach the target parts.
Then, put your ink on the stand.
As you can see in the user manual, you can take out four cardboards from the outer packaging box. Follow the steps as illustrated below:
1. Grasp one end of the three tear strips.
2. Pull the tear strips along the designated path until they reach the end.
3. Press down on one cardboard with perforated cuts until it falls down. Repeat this step to get four cardboards from the box.
4. Flip the cardboards so you can screen print on the back of them.
