How to fix it

Caution: Before proceeding, disconnect the machine from the power source and unplug the power cord. Allow the machine to cool down to near room temperature before attempting any disassembly.

# Reconnect the power supply

• Reconnect the power cord to the Smart Press to hear if there's a sound of the buzzer.
• If the buzzer sounds:
  • This indicates that the connection wires are properly attached, suggesting a potential internal component malfunction,
  • Contact xTool Customer Service for further assistance. Include the serial number (SN) of your machine, a video demonstrating the issue, the result of this troubleshooting step, and your delivery information to help us determine the most appropriate course of action promptly.
• If the buzzer does not sound:
  • This suggests a possible loose connection of the wires.
  • If you are comfortable with disassembling the machine, please contact xTool Customer Service for a video guide link. We will provide instructions to help you diagnose the issue.
