Issue description
When you encounter "ERR 001" on Smart Control during Smart Press or Mini Press operation, with its light indicator (see the images below) flashing red and the buzzer alarming, consult this guide for advice.
Why does it happen
The cable connection between the machine and your power outlet is loose.
The temperature sensor on the heating plate of Smart Press or Mini Press malfunctions.
How to fix it
#1 Check the cable connection
Inspect the connection cables for any signs of being loose or improperly connected.
If so, unplug and replug the cables to ensure a secure connection.
If this does not resolve the issue, proceed to the next step.
#2 Replace the temperature sensor
If the above step does not address the issue, this indicates a possible breaking down of the temperature sensor on the heating plate.
In this case, please contact our xTool Customer Service at support@xtool.com for a replacement. Include the serial number (SN) of your machine, a video demonstrating the issue, and your delivery information to help us determine the most appropriate course of action promptly.
