Resolve Issues with Tightening Connection Block Screws

Issue description

When you attempting to install the connection block screws (refer to the image below), if the screws can't be tightened, it may be due to misalignment of the screw washer contact points, obstructing further operation.

 

Troubleshooting

  • Remove the connection block and inspect the screws and washers.
  • Place the screw with the uneven washer onto the screw hole and tighten it (refer to the image below).
  • Unscrew it and check if the washer is flattened. If the washer is now flat, reinstall the connection block.

  • When installing the screws, avoid installing them diagonally; you can install them one by one in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction.
