The following uses the PU film heat pressing on a sock at the low level as an example.
1. Hold the handle of xTool Mini Press and put it on the base.
2. Connect xTool Mini Press to a power supply. The green light is on for 1s, and the buzzer sounds once.
3. Press the power switch to power on the device, and the buzzer sounds once. The indicator turns orange, and the device starts to preheat at a low level.
4. When the indicator turns green and the buzzer sounds once, it means the low-level preheating is completed.
💡 Tips: To switch between the level, press the power switch several times.

1. Place a sock on the heat press mat, and place the transfer film with a pattern on the sock. (The heat press mat is sold separately.)
2. Hold the handle of xTool Mini Press with a hand, put it on the transfer film, and cover the pattern. Make sure xTool Mini Press fully covers the pattern.
💡 If you do not purchase xTool Smart Control, you can use a phone or timer to set the time for processing. It is recommended to heat pressing a sock for 30s. For more materials and parameters, go to mt.xtool.com. |
3. When the processing time ends, processing is completed. Put xTool Mini Press back to the base.
4. Long press the power switch to power off the device.
5. Wait for the material to cool down, then gently peel off the film.
💡 If the pattern looks uneven after the heat pressing, you can place the film back in position and heat press it for a short time again. |
6. Your DIY sock is done!
1. Hold the handle of xTool Mini Press and put it on the base.
2. Connect xTool Mini Press to a power supply. The green light is on for 1s, and the buzzer sounds once.
3. Remove the lid of the transceiver port.
4. Insert the transceiver into the port. Pay attention to the indicator. It should be upward when you insert the transceiver.
5. Toggle the power switch on the back of xTool Smart Control to turn it on. The indicator is solid blue.
6. Hold down the button on the transceiver for 3s. The blue indicator is blinking rapidly.
7. Hold down the Start/Stop button for 3s. The pairing icon is blinking rapidly.
8. When the icon stops blinking, the indicator blinks slowly, it means the pairing succeeded.
9. Put the lid back to xTool Mini Press.
2. Turn the knob to select the processing time to 30s and temperature to 145℃.
3. After the parameters setting is completed, the device starts to preheat. The indicator is orange.
4. The indicator turns green and the buzzer sounds, which means preheating is completed.

6. Wait for the material to cool down, then gently peel off the film.
