Tackling Elements Placed Out of Processing Area
Updated Nov 4,2024
Updated Nov 4,2024

Issue description

During Rotary Attachment (RA) processing, if elements are placed outside the processing area, you will see a pop-up error message stating, "The element is placed out of the processing area." As a result, you will not be able to process or frame the design when clicking "Process" or "Frame." Please consult this guide to troubleshoot.

Troubleshooting

In RA processing mode, an element must be positioned below the green line (see the images below) to sit inside the canvas for proper processing.

Select your processing design and ensure the following settings:

  • Y-axis coordinate: ≥ 110mm
  • X-axis coordinate: 00mm ≤ X-axis ≤ 180mm

Take the demo images for an example, the pentagram is placed at 110mm on the Y-axis and between 0mm and 180mm on the X-axis.

💡NOTE
The green line for placement indication is only visible under the "Roller - Use rotary attachment" mode.
