Issue description

When you are processing materials, especially feather-light ones, you may encounter frustrating engraved results where certain lines of your design are missing, particularly at the start of the processed position. Please consult this guide for advice.

Troubleshooting

The lightweight nature of the materials being processed makes them susceptible to shifting position under the airflow generated by F1 Ultra's exhaust fan. This movement often results in the deformation of the materials during laser processing, leading to missing lines in the engraved results, particularly when F1 Ultra is connected to a Smoke Purifier. To solve this:

Secure the object to the baseplate

When processing lightweight materials, it is advisable to secure them firmly to the baseplate. This can be achieved by either using weights to hold the materials in place or applying adhesive tape to affix it securely to the baseplate.
