To prepare screens with xTool M1, you need to keep a screen in place when engraving it.
This page describes how to make frame fixing pieces by using basswood boards of 1/8 inches, and how to use them to keep a screen in place inside xTool M1 when it works with the riser base and honeycomb panel.
The frame fixing pieces are simple in structure but can hold the frame firmly, meeting the screen preparation requirements.
1. Get the following ready:

3. Place the fixtures on the honeycomb panel.
4. Place a frame with a screen mounted on the honeycomb panel, keeping it in place with the fixtures.
