How to Mount a Screen Along the Same Margins Every Time You Use It

When you use a screen multiple times, you need to make sure that it is mounted on a frame along the same margins every time, so that the printing can be consistent.
To help you achieve this, the following solution is proposed.
Solution
This solution can help you mount a screen along the same margins every time. With it, you do not need to worry about screen displacement when you unmount and store screens or use screens in multi-color printing.
1. Get these items ready
a wooden board of about 5 mm, super glue, and a laser machine
2. Cut the wooden board
Cut the wooden board based on the size and shape of the screen to get four triangle wooden pieces. Ensure that the wooden pieces you cut can fit perfectly the screen.
Apply the super glue evenly to the wooden pieces, set them close to the frame in the four corners, and paste them firmly to the screen.
4. Wait for the super glue to cure
It may take a few or tens of minutes for the superglue to cure. Wait patiently. After the super glue cures, the wooden pieces are attached firmly to the screen.
5. Mount the screen again
Place the screen on the frame, fit the wooden pieces to the four corners of the frame, and then mount the screen. With the wooden pieces, the screen can be mounted along the same margins on the frame.
The following describes the whole process.
Example
For example, I want to unmount the screen and store it.
Before unmounting the screen, use the super glue to paste the triangle wooden pieces, to the screen, in the four corners of the frame.
Wait for the super glue to cure. After it cures, the wooden pieces are attached firmly to the screen.
Unmount the screen and store it.
To use the screen again, fit the wooden pieces to the four corners of the frame, and then mount the screen.
In this way, the screen is mounted along the same margins on the frame.
Note:
You can use other boards, such as acrylic. In the example, I use a wooden board whose surface is rough so that it can be more easily pasted to the screen with the super glue.
You can cut more pieces to help you unmount and mount more screens.
