Troubleshoot Laserbox Error Code Qx01 2

Issue Description
The Qx01 2 indicates the temperature sensor of the water tank is abnormal.
If you see a pop-up notification with this error code, please refer to the steps below to troubleshoot the issue.
#1 Check the Temperature Sensor Wiring
Turn off the machine. Refer to the video to remove the upper left cover.
Unplug and replug the temperature sensor wire (circled in the picture below).
Put the cover back and see if the issue is resolved.
If not, please move on to the next step.
