Issue description
When this issue happens, you should see a pop-up error message that says "Distance sensor exceptions" with the error code "M363 S5".

Troubleshooting
This error message pops up usually because the short end of the probe does not fully extand due to looseness. In some cases, foreign objects inside the laser module's Z axis plate may interfere the sensor's triggering process, which also cause this error message.
#1 Fasten the sensor probe
When the sensor is reset, you should see a short part of the probe sticking out from the top. This is used to trigger the probe to release itself. If you don't see it there, the probe may be loosed and lower than the correct position. To solve this:
- Push the probe inwards until it click so it goes to the reset state.
- Turn the longer end of the probe clockwise to move it higher inside the sensor.
- When it moves to the end position and fastened, you should see the short part show entirely.

#2 Check for foreign objects
The magnetic Z axis structure can attract external metal objects. If something is stuck inside the laser module's bracket, it's movement may be interfered and not able to trigger the sensor as intended. To solve this:
- Remove the laser module from its metal bracket on the gantry. For details, please see this video guide.
- Check if there is anything inside the bracket or it's surrounding structure and take them out.
