In this guide, you can find some solutions to issues you may encounter when purchasing the machine, especially regarding its specifications.

 

Issue description:

  1. Buying machines meant for a different country can cause issues with dispatching due to voltage and plug differences.
  • Normally, if this kind of problem occurs, customer service will email to verify specifications before dispatching.
  • If you find the problem yourself and customer service hasn't had a chance to contact you, you can create a ticket by clicking the "Submit a Ticket" in the "Help Ticket" section below for further assistance.
  • The voltage standards used in the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, and the United Kingdom are approximate as follows:
    • the U.S./Canada: 110 V
    • Europe: 230 V
    • Australia: 220 V
    • UK: 230 V
  1. Some European countries such as Ireland, and Cyprus are using British standard plugs.
  • Normally, we will provide an adapter for customers in the EU who use British plugs.
  • However, if the adapter is out of stock, our customer service will email to verify the specifications or provide another solution before dispatching.
  • If customer service hasn't had a chance to contact you, you can create a ticket by clicking the "Submit a Ticket" in the "Help Ticket" section below for further assistance.
  • EU residents who use British standard plugs may need an adapter when buying machines from the European site. See the table below:

  • Select your country on their website to find the relevant information.
  • Below, we've included some of the specification information you may need.

Plugs

Officially sold machines are currently accompanied by the following main types of plugs.

  • Type A is mainly used in the USA, Canada, Mexico & Japan.
  • Type G is mainly used in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Malta, Malaysia, Singapore, and the Arabian Peninsula.
  • Type F is used almost everywhere in Europe and Russia, except for the UK and Ireland.
  • Type I is mainly used in Australia, New Zealand, China's Mainland, and Argentina.

 

voltages

Currently, indoor electricity in different countries around the world operates on two types of voltages: AC 100 V to 130 V and AC 220 V to 240 V.

The voltage standards used in the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, and the United Kingdom are approximate as follows:

  • the U.S./Canada: 110 V
  • Europe: 220 ~ 230 V
  • Australia: 220 V
  • UK: 230 V
