#1 Use Proper Params to Engrave
Ensure the screen mesh is fully pierced by using recommended engraving parameters and avoid grayscale methods.
#2 Make Sure the Ink is Compatible
Incompatibility between the substrate and ink can cause issues. If ink adhesion is poor, switch the ink or substrate.
Coarse ink particles can block screen mesh and disrupt printing. Opt for finer inks like those tested and sold by xTool for better results.
#3 Make Sure the Screen is Cleaned
To prevent ink from drying and clogging the mesh during continuous printing, avoid long pauses and clean the screen thoroughly before storing, especially if you plan to reuse it.
#4 Push the Squeegee Evenly
Apply pressure evenly during processing to ensure uniform ink distribution and avoid uneven printing. The speed of printing should be moderate to ensure complete patterns.
