Updated Nov 21,2024
Updated Nov 21,2024

Issue Description

When you want to mark the coordinates on a curved surface for measurement density, you may see a pop-up error message as shown below:

#1 Check if your material is supported

  • Adjust the placement angle of the material or replace it.
  • Only smooth surfaces with an angle lower than 45 degrees are supported.

#2 Check the properties of the material

  • Highly reflective, transparent, or dark black materials will affect the measurement.
  • Please replace the material or apply a coating on the material before measuring.

#3 Check the measurement range

When processing curved surfaces, make sure that the material is placed within 25 mm above and 50 mm below the top surface of the slats.

If none of the above works
